Hi all,

I've got a low-budget, urgent project to finish. The client wants a kitchen setting but there isn't the money either to buy one in or to model one from scratch.

Does anyone know where I can get a reasonably good kitchen interior model for free? There must be a few about...

Maybe I'm missing something important here. When I render to hdr with kray, the picture in the progress window is quite bright but when I load the finished render into LW's image editor it is much darker. Is this becaise Kray is applying a gamma correction to the image in the progress window, but LW...

I find refraction blurring does this unless the setting is very, very low (1-2%).

Thanks Jure, I'll get some experimenting done! Gi sharing should work the way you described. I think you can even try without VirtualRender and just use many computers to render same scene with same LOAD GI file. I only have one LW seat. Can I render on multiple machines using Kray.exe? Nothing special about it. Just a flat plane with a texture map (from ambientlight). Anti-aliasing settings for Kray are Low, Quasi-random, 0.01,10,50, Nitchell.

Render time is 10 min on a 2.4GHz Q6600 (quad core). Most of that is down to anti-aliasing the polygonal plants I put in front of the buildings. If I'd used 2D plants, render time would have been just a couple of minutes.
