the grass is made with kray instances...
the asphalt is actually a blend of photo of real asphalt and a simple texture done in photoshop to get the irregularity...
but i can post a asphalt texture that i use a lot...

i use it at 25x25 meters... i made this photo with a crane over a gasstation/car parking area...
