please post Kray.cfg file, maybe you put something wrong in Kray settings.

I think Precache Distance parameter is ZERO, why engine can not continue. This option can not be with value zero.
Switch to Photon Preset: custom and change it to 100%.

4 times fresh install Lw and kray. When I take first render it doesn't work error again. 
maybe something wrong on hardware.

I think solution is only to restart lw config files by delete them:

+ you can delete:
C:\Users\your_admin_name\.NewTek\LightWave\LWEXT11-64.CFG
but after you must install all plugins again.
I do not think so is something wrong with hardware.
