A new post with the Janusz's advice setting
A little Area light with lumy in windows and a little post
Is this a right way?
Some texture are not fix

Looks great, you should also do the same view you had before to compare better.

GI looks good. You have a bit too strong sun - it's burning out some colors in front. Now work on those materials. You need more reflections on those photos, fix the sofa material so it looks more like fabric or leather...
