here what I am looking for a cpu to have good renders results

IMHO: FORGET about XEON...only i7 and 16 Giga RAM minimum...rest is no important (btw remember hi end power supply)
This is my recommendation for Kray .

Go here and find the one that suits your budget best:

(Intel Core i7-3930K @ 3.20GHz has quite good price/performance ration). And yes, get as much RAM as you can.
