Best idea will be use Lightportals...but this is difficult. This splotches appear all the time when You have small windows in rooms-this is normal. Of course this is not engine render problem or scene problem. This is problem from photons whose traveling`s way from outside get strong disorder by small hols on the edges (for example small windows). You can not clean it, High parameter N (for example N 5000) reduce it and also smaller power of light from outside (I see over bright balcony) . Put also Area Light or better Lumi Panels in windows hols + lights inside from ceiling and lamps. I hope will help...

he he that is the number one at the list of renders. Play with tonemaping (LWF gamma/exponential) + stronger colors of light , good setup textures, etc.

I think You should read Kray`s manual and play with tonemaping...there is key. also small lumi panels from ceiling will increase brightness inside rooms.

Try to imagine how this would be lit in real life. Where would you put the lamp? What materials would you use? Now everything is white so add some more colors/materials...

Thanks for your comments, it's better. But there are strange reflections on the right, is it the photometric light??

Yes but your light is not strong enough.
