The "Lightmap tutorial scene" is missing

I get a 404 error when I click to download it.
The link pointing to "Kraytracing resources" is dead too.

When I loaded the Lightportal tutorial scene I'm missing svereal plug-ins.
- SG_CCFilter
- Sunsky
- KrayPhotonNumberMultiplier
I know Sunsky, and I can find that one myself. But what about the other two?

The scene needs to be redone for 2.1... I'll check it in the near future.
