How do I reduce the rendering time

eehm sorry I don't understand. 1.2 minute? That is very fast.

I have problem with attached movie. it has some dirty GI. How can I fix it?

you must use "shared GI" file.
Go to General tab and under GI mode select
"Shared for all frames". Enter filename and select "Update".
