I emailed support about I'm having with the installation of kray2.0 into lw9.6 I emailed them 3 days ago, and have not received a response. Kray had no problem taking my money for this plug-in, but can't seem to give support. What gives. The sad part is I can't get a refund.

Sorry for the delay. I had no time yesterday to answer all emails. I hope you did get solution for your problem now.

Can we post issue you had here in this thread for other users that can have similar problem in the future?

You need to put your unlock key in Utilities>additional>kray license tool

Hi Johny_quick. There is a code next to the plug-in, and a download button under it to download the zip. There is no key file in the zip. There is a KrayGoToURL link which brings me back to the page to download the plug-in again.

How do I put my unlock key in utilities>additional>kray licence tool. I never got the license tool in the zip file. I downloaded all the zip files available to me. there wasn't any license tool in any of the archives.

I finally got it. Thanks. Now let's see if I can get it to work in lw8.0

I got it to work in lw8.0 Now I've got some tweaking to do. I'll be reading the manual all night. Thanks again.
