Hi Jdomingo,

You may have missed the car paint node posts - plenty of info there. Car paint is metallic plus a second layer of varnish, so a special situation.

This what you ask is "decay" effect. You can find it in Reflection DP Kit Node:

I notice value0.5 is enough strong to get that effect but of course everything depends from environment. I starting test it and slowly add to metal surfaces.
